He also leads the Board and CEO practice for the firm in India and has partnered with clients to deliver several high-profile leadership appointments. He is an engineering graduate from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, he completed the Owner / President Management Program (OPM).

S Krishnaprakash co-founded EMA Partners India in 2003 and serves as its Managing Partner. He works closely with clients in the Industrial, Life Sciences & Healthcare sectors across EMA Partners offices in India. His deep expertise in these areas has anchored numerous searches to identify business line and functional leadership. Prakash has conducted numerous technical searches in niche areas within these domains. He works closely with private equity investors to build leadership teams for their portfolio companies. Prakash has more than twenty years of executive search experience and has lead multiple domestic and cross-border search engagements for Indian and global corporations across industry sectors and functions.
